Dr. Ben Galvin is a professor of management who has spent over 20 years studying and teaching the science of how people lead and thrive. An award-winning researcher and author, Ben’s work has been published in the world’s leading management journals, focusing on topics such as leader identity, leadership emergence, inclusive leadership, and the nuances of the motivation to lead.
Throughout his career, Ben realized that while academic research offers profound insights into human potential, it is often locked away in technical journals. He developed Six Principles to help unlock that knowledge—combining his professional expertise in organizational science with a lifelong study of the world's greatest thinkers.
Ben’s approach is rooted in the understanding that leadership is not just a title, but a holistic way of being. Through Six Principles, he helps individuals move beyond theoretical knowledge to achieve measurable growth in their health, happiness, and professional effectiveness as leaders.
