The Six Principles framework encompasses the principles of Light, Love, Health, Humility, Balance, and Respect. It is an approach to living that can help inform thinking, mindset, and behavior. It is easiest to envision the six principles as spokes on a wheel that will help you navigate life's journey. Many will be familiar with similar imagery such as the those depicted in Buddhism, Hinduism, the Viking compass, and the Native American medicine wheel. Below, is a brief explanation of each principle using examples of what trying to live the principles might look like.

Serving others, showing kindness, compassion, extending charity, and having pure intent in your relationships.
Taking care of your body and mind. Eating good foods, avoiding harmful substances, and engaging in generative activities such as exercise and mindfulness.
Working towards an accurate sense of self. Understanding your strengths and having an awareness of your opportunities for growth. Avoiding overly ego-driven behaviors and pursuits.
